What is pure water window cleaning?
Pure water window cleaning uses filtered and deionised water with dissolved minerals removed. A water-fed brush loosens dirt from the glass, frames and accessible sills, then the surface is rinsed with purified water and left to dry naturally without detergent residue.
Do you need access to my garden or an outside tap?
We carry our own purified water, so we normally do not need your outside tap or electricity. We do need suitable side or rear access to reach the windows being cleaned. If a gate is normally locked, please arrange access for the cleaning day.
Do I have to be at home when you clean?
No. As long as we can safely access the required sides of the property and any gates are unlocked, exterior cleaning can normally be completed while you are out.
Why do my windows look wet after you leave?
That is normal with the pure-water method. The final purified-water rinse is left on the glass to air dry rather than being removed with a squeegee.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Four- and eight-weekly schedules are common on our rounds. The best interval depends on the property, exposure, nearby trees and how consistently clean you want the windows kept. One-off cleans are also available.
How high can you reach without ladders?
Our carbon-fibre water-fed poles can reach up to 45 feet from the ground where conditions allow. The actual safe working reach still depends on the building, working position and obstacles around the property.
