When you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, postcode, property details, service requirements and any property photographs you choose to upload. Our server may also record basic technical information such as IP address for security and rate limiting.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To arrange and provide services you ask us to carry out.
- To keep appropriate business, accounting and customer records.
- To protect the quote form from abuse and troubleshoot delivery problems.
Property photographs
Photos submitted through the quote form are used to assess your enquiry and provide the service. They are not published on the website, social media or marketing material unless you separately agree to that use.
How information is handled
The website currently sends quote details and uploaded photos to the WindowsCleaned4U business email account rather than creating a public customer-photo gallery. Website and email hosting providers may process the information as technical service providers. We do not sell customer information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry, provide the service, maintain business records and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or securely disposed of.
Your rights
